Terms of Service
Effective September 2, 2026
These terms govern your use of Momentum AI (“Momentum”, “the service”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
The service
Momentum is a trend-radar tool for creators. It monitors public creator statistics and, if you connect your own TikTok account, summarizes your own videos and comments. It surfaces direction and insight — it does not post content, publish on your behalf, or write content for you.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
- You're responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country) to use the service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to violate any law or third-party rights.
- Attempt to access data you're not authorized to, or scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
- Use insights to harass, impersonate, or clone another creator's work 1:1. Our outputs are formats and angles for inspiration, not scripts to copy.
Connected accounts
If you connect third-party accounts (e.g. TikTok, YouTube data access), you authorize us to access the data covered by the scopes you grant, in accordance with those platforms' terms and our Privacy Policy. Your use of TikTok data through the service is also subject to TikTok's own terms. You can revoke access at any time.
Intellectual property
The service, its software, and its branding are owned by us. Data about third-party creators belongs to those creators and their platforms; we surface public metrics and derived insights, and claim no ownership over the underlying content.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” Momentum scores and AI summaries are analytical estimates, not guarantees of performance. We don't warrant that following any insight will produce a particular result. We depend on third-party APIs (YouTube, TikTok, our AI provider) and can't guarantee their continuous availability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Momentum is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or misuse the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
